I had a great experience with Andrew at the Panama City Store.  So much so, that I sent my parents to visit him and they too were pleased.  He was patient while they made many changes to their original plans and left the store pleased and excited about their new furniture.

Y’all PLEASE stay clear of Hanks Fine Furniture and any furniture made by Franklin!!! I’ll save you the incredibly long drawn out story (that has been going on since September!) but we are out over $2k and they, nor Franklin furniture, are willing to do anything to fix the issue of the fabric coming apart. They claim because we allow our dogs on the couch is why their couch fabric is falling apart. (Which apparently isn’t normal wear and tear because not everyone allows pets on furniture) Funny thing is we have an ottoman and a chair right next to said couch, and a couch upstairs that was in the living room for 10 years prior to new couch,  that the dogs are on constantly with no fabric issues what so ever ( purchased from different stores). We spent 4 months going to different furniture stores and went to Hanks probably a doz times before purchasing said couch. They were WELL INFORMED we had dogs but “this was the couch for us.” Now they are doing nothing to address fabric falling apart! Do not purchase anything from them!! Especially if you have pets! They will lie and tell you anything to make the sale. I have not said a word in hopes they would make the situation right but since they aren’t, in our world of social media, I will be informing all that I can and I will be contacting better business bureau. #saveyourmoney #tellyourfriendsandfamily #savethemtheheadache

The furniture is great, but the customer service is terrible. I went to the store to buy a couch during the Columbus Day Sale that was advertised as a “discount equal to sales tax”. When I arrived to buy the couch I picked out earlier, I was told the Columbus Day discount only applied to certain couches. I was annoyed but tired of couch shopping, so I purchased the set anyway. A few days later I was told the couch would be at least 1-2 weeks later, which was difficult because I had scheduled a truck to move my belongings and they would not offer delivery even though the delay was their fault. Once I the day finally arrived for me to pick up my furniture, I called 4 hours ahead and was assured it would be ready. When I arrived, the furniture was not ready and they had not even treated it with the stain protection yet. The Hank’s employees never took any responsibility for any of the issues I experienced and did not attempt to rectify the situation. I will not be returning to their store again.

We received excellent customer service from Andrew Cunitin. Our first store visit was December 26. We weren’t quite ready to purchase at that time. I called and followed up with Andrew. He went above and beyond checking some details for us over the phone prior to driving the 50 miles to the store. We will be picking up our new couch and loveseat next week! All paid for and with the extra protection recommended. Andrew is a tremendous asset to the company. We will make our future purchases with his input and superior help. His honest and genuine approach and overall personality made tha sale.
