I have to agree with all the bad reviews.  I also purchased a lot of furniture from Rooms to Go. I received a entertainment system that come damaged. They always want to try to fix instead of replacing. To this day the drawers still don't work.
I purchased a sofa from them not long ago. Been waiting for a year now for the chair to go on sale. They will never put it on sale. I have looked at every sale they have. I see it will never be put on sale. I don't understand why you put all your crappy stuff on sale and not your good things. ( so called good things not so good) I have emailed about the sales , get the same old song and dance email that goes to everyone that complains. Looks like I will be purchasing another chair somewhere else to match my sofa. They only put cheap crappy stuff on sale. I would not go there and buy furniture. .. If you wait for a sale good luck. The sales they have are crappy like there furniture sales. I will never buy from them again. 
NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE CHAIR NEVER GOES ON SALE?? I can tell you.... Only crappy stuff goes on sale.

Over priced low quality furniture. Do yourself a favor and shop around before buying here. The prices are high enough that you're able to buy higher quality that will last you longer from a different store. Do your homework! I guess if you like the look, but don't expect on having the furniture for a few years, buy here. The look of their furniture is nice and their staff are always friendly, so I can't go way low on star rating.

Bettye was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us create a room that is beautiful as well as functional. Can’t wait to get my new furniture!

Love the new furniture, salesman said delivery would be earlier and they were unable to tell me, where the delivery truck was and how long until they would be at my home. Other furniture stores have tracking and can give you a closer time rather than a 4 to 6 hour window

Very nice staff and helpful,  no pressure   good selection of goods, with a very attractive  pricing schedule. 
If your setting up  your home  it's an ideal  choice to visit.  Great value.
