Hank's is so good! The menu is updated daily, with raw oyster choices on the chalk board. Oyster options include varieties from Washington State and Virginia. Staff will bring a flight of different ones if you want to try a variety. Delicious! The oysters Rockefeller with bacon were amazing. Not overcooked, great flavor. We also had the lobster roll with fries. It was great too! Lots of sweet lobster meat on a toasted and buttered roll. Perfection! If you want seafood in Alexandria, Hank's is your place!

Great place for sea food. I like the selection of oysters! Very good for trying different kinds as an entry. The menu items can be a little pricey, but it is worth it maybe once or twice in a month.

This place is popular, so expect a little wait. We were able to sit at the bar. I ordered some oysters and my wife had the butternut squash soup. It was all excellent. I appreciated their American whiskey menu and ordered from that. Very tasty! The bartender who helped us was top notch! Overall, highly recommend it.

Fantastic assortment of fresh, delicious oysters. Most with brackish, yummy juice. Three of us shared three dozen and wanted to have more. Our server, Brady R., wins the award for the best in December. Any December. We will return here the next time we visit from Houston. In the meantime, have an extra dozen for me.

It took over 45 minutes to get our plates and we came when they first opened. There was only one other table full. It had only 3 guys and the rest of the place was empty. The fish and chips was meah. Soggy thin french fries and chopped fish in lots of breading, warm cold slaw. There was barely any fish in the breading, not a fillet. Oysters were good but overpriced.
