As a disgruntled ex employee Hannafords is the king of local super markets. It's selection is superb, lunch options are great and prices are beaten only by market basket. It's greatest strength though is its employees, particularly those who have been their a while. Very friendly and helpful people. Management and quality standards are superb as well.

A big place with long hours, This is one of the larger store I have found. They offer a large good selection but the layout can be hard to navigate. The chain offers some good deals but overall many items are average to higher prices. This location offers a fresh food cafe and hot bars but they are not stocked throughout the day. But they are ready for lunch and dinner. Be warned, the deli and much of the stores side areas are not open later in the day. So if you need the deli, sea food or butcher don't go late at night.

Produce and meat selection is good. They label lots of shelves for gluten free products. Usually only a few checkout lines open, but there is a self checkout now.

(ACCURATE REVIEW) Sometimes there are decent deals on food, Most of the Poultry is very stale when I purchase it, You get frowned upon by more than half of the team members you walk by even when you smile towards them also some of the departments have to work on there Customer Service beside standing around as if there is nothing else better to do... You get no response back when you say " Thank you have a good day" when you're leaving I sure hope the Management has a word with their employees.

They need more registers open in the "after work" hours or during weekends. The wait at checkout always seems to be the tipping point for me. Every employee ive asked knows where the item is located. Friendliest grocery store pharmacy ive ever been to, i genuinely feel like they have my back. Would be 5 stars if there were more registers open.
