Service, cleanliness, quality variety and well stocked. Yes it does cost a bit more,but I'll pay more for all the above! For awhile I really had to stretch my pennies and shopped at Walmart. It was awful! Honestly when items are on sale here at Hannaford it's more than a bargain. The quality of the produce here is the best. Couldn't be happier to be shopping here again. Great selection at the deli! Their fried chicken is a must!

Produce quality poor!! I started going to Concord Hannaford since Market basket always has the isles blocked during day hours for stocking. For the second time in two weeks I bought produce that was passed freshness. Last week it was a rotten turnip that I had to throw out and this week it was a butternut squash. You can’t tell till you cut into it to use it. It wasn’t due to not using it right away. Higher prices for less quality. I may have to go back to MB.

After working out, I really wanted some Sushi, however they didn't have the roll that I wanted. The guy making the sushi what I was looking for, finished what I was doing and then made my roll just for me. Then, he even hand delivered it. I had not wondered to far, but excellent service!!! Thank you so much!

Great produce excellent meats and cheeses. All around great products. And the rewards program and coupons are a definite perk

Very crowded on weekends... Prices high on healthy choice items... Fast friendly cashier's and baggers.
