The Hannoush Family is the best in the business. Every time I have had a question or purchase Anthony Hannoush was my go to guy. He is smart and helpful to anyone that walks through the doors and goes above and beyond with his customer service. My experience over the years with Hannoush have been nothing but Great. Generations of my family have been buying from them since the 1980s.

I like most men had no idea what to do and where to go for a engagement ring. After a lot of self education and shopping around I went to Hannoush Jewelers in the Auburn Mall. Everything about the experience was a 5 star. I was able to get the best ring for the best price for me fiancee. She loves it. I would refer friends and family to Emily and her team in Auburn in a second.

I have been going to Hannoush jewelers for years and purchasing items for both my mother and love interests. Anthony Hannoush is my go to guy when I need something. Their customer service tops all other jewelers and I highly recommend them to anyone needing some jewelry. I know that this is the place I will purchase my engagement and wedding rings for my future wife!

Very disappointed with a recent visit to the Auburn store where I had been a frequent shopper in past year having purchased a gorgeous anniversary diamond ring and some beautiful custom made ring, necklace, earring sets. However, change in personnel there led to a very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant experience for me my last time in this month and despite my attempt to deal with a different salesclerk that day, the rude one didn't allow it and so I left and made my purchases that day at another establishment, treated kindly, respectfully,  and helpfully, like one would expect when making a fine jewelry purchase. 
  You can't teach a clerk to show respect and professional demeanor. Either they have it or they don't!  I will not return to Hannoush while that clerk is there as she has a history of such behavior(behaved similarly back in Oct during a purchase) and since it's a small store, is difficult to not have to deal with her. Also, the 2 who I made all my previous purchases with are no longer there.... Too bad the good ones leave!!
