I have had excellent experiences here.  The store is well kept and staff is very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend anyone else looking to purchase a nice watch or engagement ring!

I am re-writing my initial review for Barmakian, but the five-star rating remains the same.  I understand that some people have had poor experiences at this store, and other jewelry stores, but I just can't find anything to knock about this location.  The service when I visit Barmakian is just what I would expect from a retailer of this caliber.  I recently purchased an engagement ring from Joe, and the sale was as smooth as could be.  Not only that, but the follow up was prompt when I needed to resize the ring.  Within 2 hours of my appointment, the ring was ready to go for pickup, and I haven't looked back since.  My fiancee was ecstatic with the quality of the ring, and in turn, I am one happy customer.  Thank you to the whole team for your excellent and professional assistance during my ring purchasing process.

Stopped by to have a link removed from my watchband. Was welcomed the moment I walked in and was directed to the correct place. I was prepared to pay $10 for the service and was surprised and delighted when I was told, "one second job. No charge." The store itself is both beautiful and huge. I will go back for all my jewelry needs.

Good quality product. The sales person was low pressure and nice and the ladies behind the counter up stairs to the left were nice but the sales people are a real turnoff when they know you are not buying (already spent 8 grand on rings here). Not even willing to answer the simplest of questions.

I had the most amazing experience with Barmakian jewelers recently designing a custom engagement ring. Using the diamond from my original solitare ring, fabulous salesperson, Aunilee helped me create a one of a kind three stone ring of my dreams. She worked tirelessly on this project choosing the perfect additional diamonds, staying in touch with me (even while she was on vacation) and ultimately delivering the perfect ring UNDER budget! This is a salesperson who truly cares about her work and even more about her customers. I traveled from out of state to do business here and am delighted that I did. I couldn't be happier and can not recommend this jewelry store highly enough!!
