Happy Tails has become my "go to" vet clinic. Recently they resolved a problem that I had tried to get done at emergency vet services. My cat came back from emergency no better and getting sicker by the hour. Happy Tails changed the antibiotics so my cat would eat (the other antibiotics made her sick and refuse to eat), and performed the operation that needed to be done to thoroughly clean up the abscess. My cat is 17 1/2 years old so anesthesia and care are a great concern. Very caring vets, knowledgeable, thorough, and they are open 7 days a week. I'm sorry I went to the emergency room, but I didn't think my cat would make the night. As it was, they put her in a cage and did nothing with her until the morning anyway, resulting in my old cat having two procedures within 48 hours. Beautiful facility, convenient, and so far we've had terrific results.

Kind and compassionate practice. These vets provide quality care at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and thorough and the veterinarians go above and beyond to take care of your pet.

I take my cat Lady Jane there and have been impressed. What I like about this place is they are a full service facility, being able to do tests right on premesis, which speeds up diagnosis, keeps second visits to a minimum, and provides accurate diagnosis. Lady had a recent troubling complication, but I think the fast turnaround on tests helped us address it quicker. Their Vets and Techs are all very professional and friendly.

Very kind and helpful staff! Everyone was very nice when I called with a million questions and checking in on her dental cleaning. It definitely makes having your pet go under anesthesia much easier when the vet and staff are so understanding.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Wagener followed a logical, aggressive diagnosis process with my cat, Winston, and literally saved his life with her treatment plan. He went from suffering with a life-threatening illness with about a 10% chance or survival, to being the happy, inquisitive cat that he has always been. Aside from a healing incision and waiting for his fur to grow back in a few spots, he has made a complete recovery. Everyone else on the staff was friendly, professional, and made me and Winston feel like we were among family. It was comforting to know that he was never alone during his hospital stay. This was my first time bringing Winston to them, and this is where he and my two iguanas will be going from now on.
