This is a great place, been here for over 5 years. Have my car and house insured with them. Sometimes they're bogged down with customers, but they always prevail and come thru at the end.

Horrible customer service...I have been waiting for proof of insurance for almost a week now, still nothing. I quit calling them, I was tired of leaving messages with no return calls. I started sitting in the office, and The woman working says " I just called them" every time she sees me. I am at the risk of losing contracts over this delay. They didn't delay taking my money, just in providing proof of insurance... Trust me, there has to be someplace better. Next time, I will find it.
