This office is awful. State Farm offers zero help from corporate call centers, and rely on your local office to handle everything. The staff in this office really lack in any customer service, and have no idea how to handle an upset client. I have had many issues with state farm, and am forced to bring everything to my local office where they have no idea how to tactfully offer help. The office manager hung up on me today!! After she said "I'm sorry you are having a bad day... ", and continued to tell me about how bad her last week was. The whole reason I called was because my roadside assistance was made inactive with no notice, leaving me stranded with a dead battery. Corporate call center could tell me nothing about it. Once my current claim is completed, I am leaving State Farm!! BEWARE!!!!

I am a long time State Farm customer. There is no one to talk to at this agency who can actually do anything much less willing to. They do not take ownership of their client relationships, leaving them to fight their own battles with the corporate office. They will be glad to help collect payment and print documents, and are very pleasant and responsive with that. I can do this without them on the web. The reason to actually have an agent is to have an advocate. Not just a sales clerk. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to receive excellent customer service from this office but lately the customer service has drastically went down hill.Cant even get anyone to call me back.

I just got off the phone with Barbara and she was super quick with getting me the documentation regarding writing a new policy for me. She has always been such a delight and joy to work with at this agency. I have been with State Farm for over 7 Years and intend to keep them, due to Barbara's wealth of knowledge and professionalism.
