I went to the store to try to buy a shelf and I waited in one spot for an hour and a half and I asked for a help and the guy didn't know so he went to go get someone and no one ever showed up. I asked another worker and another one after and they both did the same thing. This is horrible service I left with nothing and no help, they are very lazy. I left and went to home depot where there is better service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to buy a Nest Outdoor security camera. The advertised price is $149 but it rang up at $199 at the register. I showed them the picture, taken in their store 5 minutes prior, showing a "special" at $149. Even with a plethora of evidence, the manager refused to override the cost to match what the display showed. It was a remarkable bit of a "I ain't got no time to think for myself" situation. Under no circumstances will I ever spend a dime at this Lowe's.

Oh so Loews is so pro-veteran?? Ok did kirkwood location get that memo? I arrived today at the kirkwood location at 8:30p called the store to verify they had what I needed before I went in and the phone line said the store was closed even though their hours showed them closing at 9 p.m. (this should have been the first red flag of potential dysfunction.) Picked out what I needed for a great price. Got to the cashier, he did not even greet he just continued to talk with his coworker but begin to scan my items. I asked for the military discount and was ready to show my ID when I was told I couldn't use the discount unless I had an active Lowe's account. Okay so no problem, I begin to create one system asks me for my military information and once I enter it it says that I cannot use the discount until I provide complete further verification and speak with the customer service desk. Okay okay again no problem go over to the customer service desk show my veteran ID she says the systems not working and it's over their heads to give me the discount calls the manager Fernando he says it's over his head as well for a 10% veteran discount because systems down. She apologized for the inconvenience and said the system had been down all day. She was the only respectable person that I dealt with during this matter but either way still could not get me the 10% military discount because their systems were down even though I had my military ID, but again, Loews is pro-veteran right?

The absolute worst service from beginning to end when it comes to purchasing and having appliances delivered. It is worth it to explore all competition available in order to save yourself the headache. STAY AWAY.

I ordered online. This was the only store in the area that has my items in-store so I was redirected here instead of waiting for shipping to my house. Relatively efficient process, realizing that this is a very busy time of the year.
