I've bought many many tools from this store and have visited it many many times. I've always had GREAT customer service by every employee that I've encountered. The store seems understaffed at times which may have been the days that some of these other people have had less than excellent experiences. A lot of the problem that I see with the store is that bc it is so small and they do carry almost everything available online, it's very very easy to overlook what you're looking for. Products are cram packed on every wall and every shelf. Plus some things aren't where you would expect them to be. For instance..... the metal letter/number stamps used for stamping names or numbers in metal, wood etc. are by the hammers and not by any woodworking or metal fabrication tools. So if you've rounded the store 3 or 4 times looking and finally ask an employee, just remember they've rounded the store 100 times helping customers find things. Their dogs are barking come 5pm which seems to be peak business during the week. My suggestion is try to go early if at all possible. The weekend is just going to be crazy all day both days. Have some patience or go pay $10 more at Home Depot for something made by the same company in China with a different name and color. Just saying.
