I have shopped here a lot of times in the past and can't say anything bad about the service or the staff that has helped us find everything we have needed. We have used their professional services also to install carpet and hot water heater, which we were all very happy with. I like that they have the self checkouts registers, which are pretty easy to use.

This store was something else tonight, went there to buy a set of power tools and they were out of them. Asked if they could ship them to me and they told me they were 399 now and not the 299 price that they were priced. They said that sale is over and we just forgot to take it down is what Alex the store associate said. I asked to see the manager to see why they could not sell them to me for what they had them priced for. She told him she was to busy and that she would not come out, her name was Teresa. They were very unprofessional. I would think twice before giving them my money. I guess that’s why Lowe’s has my commercial account.

Very, very rude. I asked to use a handsaw to cut a 2ft square foam board in half because I needed a very square edge. The associate told me "Good luck!" and if that's what I wanted then I would have to buy the saw. The only way he would cut it was with a knife and a rough guide. Really!!??? Never, never, never .....going back. I am incensed at how I was treated. Lowes from now on.

Four stars because they didn't carry the color of tube grout i needed for spring cleaning around my kitchen counters. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face as I shopped throughout your store. Many friendly employees around.
