If you research their products and ratings you can get great tools for cheap. The store was clean and busy. All the help was friendly. I can't wait to go back.

Decent quality for the price. If you are needing something that you'll use infrequently you can't beat it.

I never write reviews but on this occasion I had to the customer service here was horrible. There was about 3-4 employees working and only one employee was on the register during a rush of people. I had to sit in line for almost a half hour to just buy 3 small items. I am in retail so i know how to handle a steady rush of customers and it's always take care of them first and then get back to whatever it is else you're doing. I know they wouldnt be to happy sitting in line waiting that long. Get your sh** together please.
