They don't provide enough lumber carts. Had to spend 15 minutes walking around parking lot and store to try to find one, never did. One is left to shadowing leaving customers and following them to their vehicle! Spoke to lot attendant who was also trying to find some and he indicated CORPORATE says the store has their allotment. CORPORATE IS WRONG! And I was there during a time Google says is NOT a busy period. MAJOR FAIL!

The woman in millwork seemed almost to take pleasure in the fact that Home Depot could not help me either to order or to cut down a door to size, despite the fact that I had spoken with someone beforehand and been assured that if I came in, they could accommodate me. It seems that there are certain lengths they can't do, and that they don't care to tell you this over the phone. The woman working the Millwork Department made no indication that she would care to let anyone know that they ought to indicate the parameters of doors that they can actually handle. Next stop was my local hardware store in Rockport, where the Millwork supervisor did all he could to help me and to advocate for me with the manufacturer. Why do I ever darken the doors of Home Depot?

Good inventory, rental shop good for most small engine repairs. Not for chainsawz.
