The store is very clean & most of the employees are fantastic to work with, so it's sad that I have to leave a 2 star review. 

I visited the store to exchange a floor jack that was leaking hydraulic fluid. The cashier completing the exchange was Angie. She had an attitude from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. The following day, I had brought the exchanged floor jack in, as it wouldn't raise a vehicle. The employees took a look at it and confirmed it was defective. 

I chose to get in Maria's line this time, as it was shorter and she seemed very friendly. Maria was FANTASTIC. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to go out of her way to be sure customers' issues are resolved. 

While in Maria's line, Angie (the cashier from the day before) walked by and made some pretty disgusting statements to Maria, who just ignored her. "She just returned that yesterday. She obviously doesn't know what she's doing..." Maria completed my transaction and thanked me before leaving. She was great. 

It was ridiculous and very childish. I might have been there the day before and returned a floor jack, but isn't that why you purchase a warranty on items? Shouldn't you be providing customer service as opposed to disgusting statements?

I then spoke with Ben, the Supervisor, who was also great. He not only apologized but then informed me that he had received complaints about Angie before but it's out of his hands. So he provided me with the phone number to corporate and asked me to reach out to them directly, which I'm in the process of doing. 

Like I mentioned above, this particular store is normally fantastic. I've never had any problems until recently. If you choose to shop there, stay away from Angie. Don't waste your time with her, it will only reward you with an unpleasant experience.

The quality of some of the tools has come up considerably over the years.  Although not the quality of tool trucks, unless you want to spend $150.00 on a single ratchet.  Harbor freight has very well built tool boxes that definitely save you money!  If you are a back yard mechanic, and only tinker once in a while this is the go to source for sockets, wrenches and other things you'll need.  I haven't had any problems with customer service as others have mentioned.... Hey what do you expect from a 17 year old who would rather be home playing Xbox?  Personally I think the employees are more helpful than the ones at Lowe's and home Depot!  No hassles with returns or warranty on their tools either so far.

Lots of tools.  Careful with prices.  Not all are deals.

Fun place.  Tools are ok.  Kobalt and Husky both with lifetime warranty crush them.  Stay away from the power tools.
