Was needing 25lb bags of Morton Water Softener tablets. Checked the computer and found that 14 bags were available at the above mentioned address. I live in Sarasota, along University Parkway. This is why I checked the availability before going to far out of my way. Went up today and found that your store is out of the 25 lb bags. Why does the computer still show that you have this product? Of course, you have the 40lb bags, but I am in my 80's and cannot handle that size. This was wasted time for me. Why did this happen?

DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HERE. Poor communication. No update on appliance schedule. Scheduled several deliveries and appliances were not even in, one item had a problem processing and 2 weeks later when I called, the associate asked if I wanted to re-order it... well, yes, I’ve already paid for it and have no stove since delivery was scheduled weeks ago I had it removed early... Service team should’ve let me know there was a problem with the appliance availability without my prompting the call. It’s been more than 2 months since I ordered and so far only have 2 of the 4 appliances I ordered. I certainly won't be being anymore from Lowe's.. or at least this Lowe's, in particular.

I purchase some plywood and had it cut to my specifications in the store. Curt has helped me before. I was hoping he would be there today as he was so helpful the last time I came in. Fortunately he was. Curt really cares that the customer is satisfied and you can tell you enjoy doing what he's doing. He is a real find. Lowe's is lucky to have him.

I'm giving 5 stars specifically to Julie in Receiving dept (I think that is where she works!). After patiently waiting on special order fence, we found out the vendor did not ship what they said the shipped. We contacted the store almost every day trying to figure out the issue but no one could figure it out and gave us the vendors number directly....?? We called and they did not know what was going on and finally they connected back with Lowes and Julie picked up everyone's slack. I am grateful for her and only wish there was some way to recognize her? She called me daily on updates and turned a very frusterated customer into a happy one. Hats off to her for her excellent customer service.
