I bought a washer, but the communication about delivery was horrible. I was supposed to get a call Friday evening about a Saturday delivery, but no one called. I waited Saturday until 6:30 pm and called the store, they said someone was supposed to call and tell me there was not enough room on the truck so it will be delivered Sunday. No one called me! I said fine but after 11:00 am. On Sunday they called at 8:20 and said they would be here in 15 minutes, they did not get the message about after 11:00. I said go ahead and come then. They installed it quickly and smoothly, so the delivery was fine but they really need better customer service with the communication!

I am from South Carolina came to Lowe's to bless my mom with gift on her birthday. I recently purchased a refrigerator and microwave on 4 of February the sale associate Rolando was very helpful even made sure both items were in stock thus being the main reason for the purchase so they can be delivered on Wednesday. That's when the head ache started, Lowe's called two days later the refrigerator was already slated to go with another (BAD, BAD) had to press the issue with microwave and it will not be delivered until Friday. The manger Vance was helpful with getting the microwave out fast and prompt Vance (5) stars with that but here it is 14 February and the refrigerator IS STILL NOT HOOKED UP!! Lowe's is now ignore my mother calls. I have had better service at Home Depot. never again.

I️ haven’t had much luck receiving help from this Lowe’s store. I️ like the products but I️ can never seem to find anyone to help me. Today, I️ went looking for some plant advice. I️ asked an employee: “Do you know much about plants?” He responded “I know I can’t keep mine alive” as he walked away... Luckily, I️ came across another employee; Kurt who was in the outdoor plant area. He listened, was knowledgeable about products and helped me find just what I️ needed. I️ really appreciate his time and willingness to help me. I️ am leaving 5 stars instead of 2 because I️ left with a better shopping experience.

My wife and I were in the store this morning (Dec 26th 2017) and were highly impressed with 1 individual in particular... (Sabrina). She was working 2 registers at once with very good efficiency and when myself and 2 other gentlemen made comments about how she needed a raise, she promptly responded that she had just been promoted and was short 4 people today. I see no end in sight for her as she will most likely continue to climb to the top! All the while maintaining a smile and great attitude through the chaos! 💯

Lowe's gets an "F". After delivering two faulty appliances. A washer and dryer last Friday, we went to Lowe's in Bradenton same night to report the mistake and I asked to speak to a supervisor. An elderly gentleman who claims to be a supervisor showed up and after explaining my problem to him shoved me off onto the only person working the appliance department a young teenage girl. He said she would take care of me and left. I explained we need to order a washer and dryer that works and how soon can we get them since we waited a week already. She said she would schedule them for Friday March 2nd. We left. On Monday, knowing Lowe's has obviously magnified the Peter Principle, I checked with an employee named Dennis to see if our appliances had been ordered. He reassured me they had and we went home. On Wednesday not hearing from Lowe's our appliances were ready for delivery, we made another trip to Lowe's to check on their progress. Another kind lady looked up our order and said it was scheduled for delivery on the 31st of March, which was in error, however, upon further investigation, she noticed none of the appliances had been ordered for the March 2nd delivery date. We took our receipt to customer service and cancelled our $1040.67 order. Now, we will never shop at Lowe's again due to the incompetence of their employees. This is typical of poorly trained personnel. When we stopped in on Monday we saw that same supervisor who was asked by a customer for help and Dennis was the only employee working in the appliance department and there was 4 people waiting to talk to him. The supervisor instead of offering her his help told her Dennis would help her and walked away. Not only has Lowe's lost a valuable customer in me, but a $1000 cash sale and my respect. My advice to you beware if you chose to shop there apparently the problem with lack of customer service has it's origination from the store management at the top on down.
