It's my favorite HFT store. I travel on business to Columbus about once a month and would rather save my list and go to this store. Unlike most in the Atlanta area which are older and in run down shopping centers, this store is in an upscale nice newer shopping center. Very nice inside, very clean and neat and easy to find what you need.

Good Prices but get what you want and get out without telling them your physical address, your e-mail address or your phone/text number as they spend a majority of their profits on their advertising budget.  We generally get 3 catalogs in the mailbox each time at the SAME address, me, my husbands and our son each get our own catalog.  They send out flyers as well and Lord help you if they get your other info!
Great prices and tools but .....  far too much junk mail/advertisements

Huge, clean facility with tools galore at most price points to accommodate the savvy shopper. Outstanding cashiers. Be prepared for a long wait time to checkout, though.

Allison and another guy (can't remember his name) were extremely helpful. Made me aware of coupons on the app and knew what the freebies were. They were really instrumental in what I purchased.

Very friendly service. Great fast cashier service.  Had to ask for products that may be in the back because the  shelf wasn't stocked, but they did go retrieve me my item
