I have bought a dryer with complimentary delivery. I waited in my house for delivery the whole time and no-one shows up. They didn't even called me. I went back to the store to find out the issue, and i was told that the delivery was rescheduled in a week without me being told anything . I then requested help to loaded in my truck. Some helped with the dryer until the parking lot and desapeared on me. Poor service ever. Very disappointed. Stacia the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional with a big mouth. We can give you your money back. Yes that's how you treat customers

Store management (Shana, I believe) wouldn't assist with any warranty installation/home repair questions. Bait and Switch contracts! Be careful... A phone call to the corporate office is the only way to find answers or follow up. No accountability with respect to your contracts. Where does the buck stop? We honestly should have used Home Depot or a mom and pop installation service.

I moved recently and two shelf pegs for my bookcase were lost. I had searched other stores and online for pegs smaller than 3mm. As I was walking an aisle, a Lowe's associate approached me with a smile. I immediately felt at ease. Somehow, I knew my pegs were in this store. I had one for comparison, so he took it and began to search. Another associate walked up and searched also. There were 3mm sizes and some of different shapes. But they did not give up. HE FOUND MY PEGS! There was one package of four pegs. We all laughed because my peg was so small and the package was underneath the others. I was so happy, I bought some other items! Wish I had asked the guy his name. Thanks Lowe's♡

Went to Lowe's to get a water heater. Found one online and saw it was in stock. Went to pick it up that evening. And I saw the model number of the product on a high shelf. They didn't have one on the lower shelves. I asked someone to get it for me. The lady went and got the ladder to get it off the shelf. She asked me what the upc code was for the item. I showed her on my phone the model number and the upc code. She told me it was not the right one because someone wrote the wrong number on the side in magic marker. So we looked on the computer to confirm the the number. The manufacturer number was correct. But the lady still insisted that the UPC code said it was another number. So I told the lady I will go home and order it online and she could call me when they figured it out and I left. I went home and ordered the unit online for store pickup. Later that evening the lady that was helping me called and said "are you the guy that was in here earlier about the water heater". I replied yes. She told me that they had found the one online and described it as a used or damaged unit and that is why it was reduced in price. I asked her about the condition of the unit and did it work. She said we will plug it up for you so you see it works. I asked her ma'am how are you going to show me how a natural gas hot water on demand water heater unit works by plugging it into a wall socket. Then I told her I will be in the store tomorrow to see what it looks like. The next day I show up at Lowe's for the second time to get the water heater. When I get there the lady at the desk said my order had been cancelled. I asked who cancelled it. They said they didn'the know. So I threw my Credit Card on the desk and said give me the money back and I want to speak to a Manager. The lady said she didn't know if one was available. So I left and went to the parking lot and called Lowe's Corporate. I told them what happened and they said the manager would call me. Later that day one of the Manager's called me back and explained what happened. They asked if I would come back and get the water heater. I replied That's what I've been trying to do for 2 days now. He said he would have someone pull the water heater when I arrived. I went back for the 3rd time and they got the water heater for me. And low and behold it was the one on the top shelf they I was looking at the first night. The lady lied to me on the telephone. The unit wasn't used it was new in the box. But I had to buy the unit all over again and was charged twice for the water heater. Still waiting for my refund on the first charge that was cancelled by the liar employee at Lowes.

It's Lowes, better than other hone improvement mega stores. Their my Lowes card is great, giving military discounts online even. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, great people.
