They have very good deals on a lot of products. This store is my go-to when I need tools. The story is usually clean, and as well organized as it can be with such a high volume of traffic.
Like most any discount store, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Today, the lady ringing up my order was very Curt and pushed an extended warranty way too hard. When I refused to purchase the warranty, she became even more snappy. Patiently, when I'm spending money somewhere, I don't appreciate being snapped at.
If you can Overlook the poor customer service, it's a great place to pick up tools cheap.

I love going into this store. It has lots of things, tools, etc that a handy man needs and wants at very affordable prices.

Great prices and great selection.... They keep the lines moving quickly and store is clean.... Most the workers are nice and helpful

I give them four stars,  not because the deals aren't good, but I get tired of Harbor Freight advertising multiple prices for the same item.  They obviously hope those unaware will pay the highest price, while the regulars wait and only buy during the "sales" that happen every week. Play the game well and get a good deal!
