I went in to get some cabinet hardware and wasn't quite sure where in the store it was located. There was one employee that asked me the right questions as to what kind of hardware he directed me to the exact aisle. While standing there looking at all the drawers and packages of hardware another employee helped me find what I was looking for and I am grateful for both. Good job.

I like Lowe's. I normally go there first. But today I needed help with a light bulb and the customer service department was a disappointment. I waited for a few minutes while another customer was helped. When I thought it was my turned, the representative just turned and walked away from me and another customer waiting and did not even acknowledge our existence. I expected a greeting at least. So I waited. The one rep wandered off. Two were working on another computer and one was in a corner. No one even looked me in the eye for a few more minutes. Finally, a young woman asked if she could help. I explained that I found the halogen replacement for the bulb I needed, but I really wanted the led alternative I had seen online. I expected her to look it up on a computer and either order it or make some kind of suggestion. Instead, she suggested calling someone from electronics to come help me. By that time I was late and disappointed. Next time I will just order it online. 😢

Lowe's is having a good sale for plants and whatever anybody needs for upcoming Memorial Day sale. I stopped in for lockset, paint and had several employees offering help. That was refreshing, very nice and very unusual. Left with more than I had planned because of some great prices.

This store carries so many items for construction like lumber, electronic, paints, plumbing and so on. The best part is the remodeled department. They have great contractors that can help remodel a kitchen, bathroom or any other projects around your house. Give them a try. We did!:0)

The store was exceptionally clean with a friendly staff. The paint team made good conversation as we found a perfect match for a color we didn't have on hand. Everything on the shelves was very well organized and easily matched to their prices. I'd recommend shopping here.
