They always have coupons for 20% off and coupons for a free item. You can use your smart phone and use the coupon right from your phone. Lots of very competitive pricing for quality tools. There are lots of fun things for people who aren't looking for tools - like potato slicers, planes, tricycles, and landscape lights.

Good prices but rude and impatient people at the Largo store, especially the manager.  I am going to check out another Harbor Freight to avoid these people!

Love the selection. My goto for odd stuff. Always end up buying more than I went in for. Their parking lot sales have cool stuff at really good prices.  Worth the drive over.

If you're retired, cheap or poor or just want to do one or two things this next year, this junk might last that long if it doesn't rust or disintegrate. If you're wanting real professional tools and other things for everyday work use, go somewhere else (no not Homeboy Depot). Good companies will give you good warranties on reliable products and easily honor them. People in the US wonder what happened to the jobs of those making the finest items in the world... Guess what folks, sometimes you have to pay good money for good products.

Great customer service. Lee & Angela were every helpful with my warranty return and helped me out to my car when I had my hands full with my two younger kids. They truly went above and beyond!
