The company services custom builders, designers, cabinet shops, furniture makers, homeowners and craftspeople -- all seeking high quality, finely crafted hardwood products. Specialty products include boards, flooring, custom mouldings, radius mouldings, mantles, siding, paneling, wainscoting and beaded ceilings. We also duplicate mouldings for historic restorations. This company signed a proposal to take out and replace two thresholds for us. We knew this was a small job and were willing to pay a premium to get it done. However, the job was too small for them to actually get around to doing and their installer told me so straight forward. Even though he had said he would get here, he never did. These guys can't be bothered with something small, nor can they even be pleasant about it after you've signed the proposal. They should have just said up front that they didn't want the job instead of delaying us. Our kitchen area was retiled and the wood from the hallway and the dining room needed the thresholds done differently so everything would look better. This is the only thing that has not yet been done, I am looking around for someone else to come help us. I would never hire these folks to do a bigger job for us, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
