I like the place and can usually find anything that I need. Returning products are no problem. My one issue with the place is the long lines. It's a good place to find the tools you need at a decent price but the workers are few and overworked. Even if they hired one more person, I'm sure that would speed things up

Best place to buy tools that you need but don't have a lot of money to spend.  All their hand tools have come with lifetime replacement. There is always something on sale. Staff is helpful at finding what you need in the store.
