Store is dirty. Handicap cars are very dirtiest I have seen. I told 3 different people that there was a handicap car out side that needed to be charged and no one did anything about it. I have a hard time walking and asked were something was and got 3 different answers.  And finally one young lady asked if l wanted her to get it for me. She got what wanted but then I had to wait in line standing on my feet. Then the cashier was taking so lone l had to go to another cashier. 
Not a good experience.

I don't know about you, but Home Depot customer service needs a major improvement.  Just trying to find an associate for help in the store is a challenge. I have to walk🚶 around the aisles to find someone to help me find an item sometimes I end up finding the item on my own. Others times I just go to another hardware store. I don't blame the associates they do what they can. It seems to me that one associate have to cover a few areas of the store. I blame the  company 👎for bad customer service they are under stuff.

Broken self checkouts is the norm here.  Tons of front end staff standing around but nobody working in the departments.  There is no labeling of the back wall bins.  Go to the other location on Hospitality Ln, much cleaner and better staffed with more friendly employees.

They put tons of effort into locking everything up and have no employees to help with retrieving.  It’s funny because with all the anti-theft measures they do people could still steal since there’s nobody there to catch them, smh.

I love Home Depot if I was working there I know what my paycheck will be mostly spent at haha everything I need and besides they know me I come there so often often I'm a home builder a female construction worker
