This is my favorite store. Staff is super helpful and always have smile on their face. In this hustle bustle world of employees that don't seem to care, this store goes above and beyond. I have never been in a store that says Thank You to every customer. I will be back!

I love this place. Don't just walk in thinking you're gonna buy anything and it last forever. Some stuff is DOA. But for certain items, can't beat the value. Like their impact sockets, last forever and warrantied when broken. No hassle necessary.

Bought two items number 62234 vehicle position lift, tried it on my boat trailer and item is not safe will not move with my trailer sitting on top of it, Manager Sue was very rude and unable to return my item because the box was opened???? What kind of place of business is this? I had it in the original box and receipt and not even a day old.  I hope this store losses lots of business after I tell all my friends and my company to ditch all the purchases from this place. I am disputing my charges. Good luck Harbor freight.

I went to return an item and admittedly didn't have my receipt. The cashier saw that I had purchased the product a few days prior by looking up my account history with this location and saw that I had bought the product 4 days ago. Her manager came up and explained that without "proof of purchase" she would not be able to return the item. I was able to go back to my car and track down my receipt, however The manager was rude, and condescending toward her employee and belittled her in front of multiple customers. It was uncomfortable as a customer and because of the way the manager treated her employee I don't believe I will be able to continue doing business with this store.
