If it was possible I'd give it a zero. Worst Home Depot I've ever been in. I was waiting in line right behind a person the the cashier was waiting on. The cashier's light was lit signaling she was open. She let me stand there while she chit chatted with the gentleman she was waiting on and then proceeded to tell me she was closed and turned off her light telling me I needed to go to the number 2 cashier. When I got there he told me his drawer was already closed and counted out. I've only been in this Home Depot 3 times and all 3 times was terrible customer service. I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way and go to the Pontiac location

Wonderful customer experience, their whole staff is knowledgeable, and will quickly help you, or find another staff member that can. Their website also makes navigating the store to find what you know you want a breeze.

Rachel in the gardening area was very informative as well as very patient. She not only worked through her lunch break to ensure that we understood our particular type of gardening concerns, she was professional, insightful, and had practical instructions.

Poor communication and customer service. You would think after 30 years in business they would have this down pat but still fatal flaws in their system

Home Depot has the absolute WORST carpet installer partnership. Do not ever order and get your carpet installed through Home Depot. The company United is very inconsiderate and untimely. They do not care what about their customers. It has been over two months since we ordered the carpet and it has just been sitting in the warehouse. Granted, they messed up our order the first time and still did not make us a priority to install. The manager of the carpet department at Home Depot is also helpless. The first time we went in to talk, he agreed with our situation that it was not right and dumb that our little 12x10 bedroom was going to have seven seams. When he said to come in a few days later if we hadn't heard from him, he was doubting our words and siding with the installers, saying it was our fault we sent the carpet back when I fact the installer called his boss and was told to not even take it off the truck. Do not make the mistake of choosing Home Depot.
