Moe's employees say,  "Welcome to Moe's!" when I walk in. This afternoon at 5:58 pm in Mechanicsville, VA, I  was greeted with "We're closed!" by 2 employees at Harbor Freight when I walked in as they stood by the cash register.  Closing time is posted at 6:00 pm.  I stayed 4 minutes and was out before a few other customers who had already been in the store left. Two people's walked in after I did. All I wanted to do, knowing they were about to close, was to check out their toolboxes, nothing more or less.  Please allow to ask, "What kind of customer service would you call this?". Personally, it truly degraded Harbor Freght's esteem in my mind. Way to go, Harbor Freight.
