I am disabled and the 2 men in the late afternoon shift were very helpful. The young man really went out of his way to go out to my vehicle to measure and see if the item would fit. I bought the items. Otherwise I probably would have walked out and not made the purchase. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

It took me 20 minutes and 3 different associates to find what I needed. They need to have more people on shift when it's a Friday evening.

The store itself isn't so bad, but our experience with the delivery department is the worst we've ever experienced. Absolutely no communication between Lowes and their delivery service and horrible communication with us.

After having issues with a delivery both managers Mike and Lynn went over and beyond to listen to my issues and resolve the matter in a professional way. Excellent customer service guys!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased a dishwasher from here and of course it wasn’t in stock so they ordered it and then called me Last minute to tell me it was severely damaged and they would have to reschedule. I called back to set up a new delivery time and spent over 2 hours on the phone and everyone who works there is rude and not helpful at all. If they damaged your appliance it will be your problem, not theirs. Take your business somewhere else because this store doesn’t value it in any way.
