I went in to Sears to look at a new vacuum. Steve a salesman greeted me right away, with a smile and a hello and asked me if he could help me! I said yes that I was looking for a new vacuum since mine had died in the middle of getting the house clean today. He showed me the different vacuums, I ended up getting a great deal on a close out model. Regularly $360 and got it for $249. Along with that he gave me an extra pet power head and dusting attachment. A great deal! I was very happy. The only thing I would suggest is that they teach their salespeople better product knowledge because I seemed to know more about how the vacuum worked than he did. I give this store four stars!

I went in to buy a saw and the price was higher than the price online. I was told that they couldn't sell me the in store item that they would have to order it in to honor that price as it was an online price only. The real Sears store had no problem honoring the online price. They weren't very friendly and didn't seem to have much knowledge of their products. They didn't care when I told them that the main store would honor the price or that I wouldn't be back into their store. Good luck if you go there

Nobody helps you unless you ask them to. Never have what i need. This is the 3rd time to come here and leave empty handed. Will not make this mistake again!

The worst people I have ever met, I spent $230 for a weedeater and brought it back 3 days after it crapped out and they charged me 15% restocking fee, and are extremely rude unless you are spending money. 39th and council store is very unorganized and the old lady with glass is evil.
