Terrible service. With one young pretty cashier. She had a very unfriendly face. Will not greed at all. I said are you upset? She ignore me. She just gave me my total bill. This was my first visit to the store. Then, I was waiting for someone on the floor to help me find my house. This young blond girl came over and told me "what's up"? Why, this kind of street greeting? Why not a: 'can I help you?' Why hiring pretty face girls, but rude? I am an adult and I don't appreciate this kind of greeting from rude employees. Your prices for items are good. But not sure I want to go back again.

A well organized tool store. I was easily able to find what I needed for my home projects. Saved a fair amount of money over the bigger box stores, plus the staff was friendly and helpful.

Not the best stuff here but it haves real good prices for those on a budget. They also have a good variety and give free stuff with any purchase.

Keep your receipt or give them your email address when you buy! )+I cleaned out my car the previous day so the receipt went into the circular file. The invertor never powered on. On top of all that they were short and dismissive. When leaving I felt like somehow it was MY fault. Thank you Dean! He said no problem come on down. He was asking for his 10 minute break with the same breath he used for telling me too bad for my luck.

If you're here to buy tools for work, go somewhere else. The tools break easily and are cheaply made. But if you just need tools for routine maintenance around the house you've come to the right place.
