Was very disappointed.  We called to see if they had any sod.  The woman in garden said, "they had 40 rolls."  When my husband got there they were all dead.  When he told the woman there "the sod is all dead!"  She just said, "yup!" And laughed then walked away.  This is good advertising for HOME DEPOT!  Who I will continue to give my business to.

Personally, I had a terrible experience. Waited about 15 minutes to get help, finally I went to customer service and paid for item to pick up the next day. I called the following morning, after being put on hold twice for about 15 minutes (one of which the call "dropped") they told me it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they didn't know where it was, so the customer service rep kept calling for assistance from the department but they didn't respond. I went back there, tracked someone down, they went to look for it, finally a rep came up to me, asked about the situation, and pulled the item down from the floor (it was never pulled). When I finally got it home, I opened it, and part of the mirror on the door was cracked, so I returned it.

I've called multiple times today, 11/2/2017 to place an order for carpeting.  No one answers the phone in flooring, and eventually the phone call is transferred to a female who says "this is Lowe's how may I help you", I state that I'm trying to reach the flooring department.  Without another word, she sends me into no mans waiting land.  Periodically the phone starts to ring, someone picks up, and puts me back on hold or hands up.

Great place very helpful. They have everything there very neat and clean store prices her well customer service was excellent I'll continue there instead of Home Depot

Holy smokes where do I begin? 1st the good, place is clean, inviting and they have most of what u need in stock. The bad, lack of staff manning each department. They have 5 ppl guarding the entrace just loly gagging like a bunch of school kids on recess while Appliance, Bath, Plumbing and Home decor had no employees in sight. The ugly, no one wants to work here! U ask them a qs and they give u attitude and dismiss u n tells u to f off with their look. Hard to call these ppl "Adults" since they act like teenagers on a  summer job. STAY AWAY!!!!
