Great tools and supplies for farm / small business - not top quality but warranties are available and replacements for bad tools are readily offered. Can't beat the prices or broad selection of tools and equipment under one roof.  Look on YouTube for tool ratings before purchasing - 
We have been using hand tools / materials handling items/ tarps / chains and pull chain lifts/ certain power tools / batteries / tow vehicle items for over 12 years and continue to find the stuff to be a good value.

I just called Harbor Freight to check to see if an item was in stock that is on sale. The item is fairly large requiring me to bring a trailer to get it. My truck is small. The employee that I spoke with was very knowledgeable with the item I was requesting and was very polite and helpful. I shop there a lot and have always had very good customer service. Two weeks ago I had to return a pump, we got the paperwork filled out without any problems and I walked out the door with a new one. I would suggest getting the extended warranty on items that apply to it. I am not saying that I have had a lot of returns. It is just a piece of mind if something does go wrong like with the pump which would have cost me almost $200 to replace it. I had it for a year and a half. I really enjoy shopping there. Maybe a little to much according to my wife! But you can never have to many tools!

They have ok tools for in a pinch, they are not the highest quality but they work.

Very friendly staff great deal on great things they have never let me down and all the Pittsburgh stuff automatically comes with a lifetime warranty they also offer warranty on slot of there stuff for a few bucks extra and it covers everything even if you were the one to brake like for say you left your tail gate open and had a nice air compressor in the back and you took off and it fell out broke into 100 pieces just gather what you can with the receipt take it in and they will give you a new one no extra charge :)

Harbor freight is a great place to shop as long as you don't expect too much.
