Great place if you know where everything is stocked and can find it for yourself. I just walked around the tool Dept. Watching the two guys working it avoid me like the plague. They seemed to ask the other folks if they needed anything, even walked around me to ask if anybody needed anything in another group. I mostly hung around just to irritate them. One guy, they asked twice if they could assist. Oh well, nothing will change, but posting these things makes me feel better.

I waited 3 weeks for install and delivery on my new washer and dryer. The guys were very nice... however they commented that the drain tube foe the washer wasn't long enough and that they didn't have one so I would just need to simply attach it. I had to have my neighbors help because I had to go buy new tubing and cut it and the tubing didn't come with a clamp so if it wasn't for my neighbors I would have had to make a second trip. I paid for an install and only got about 50% completed for what I paid. I feel like if I paid for the install your guys should have extra parts lying around just in case especially since they said they knew that these tubes run short. Hassle free install wasn't exactly hassle free. The delivery guys were very nice.. just next time you should have extra parts. I bought extra for the dryer and it was brought with delivery.. if it's an issue why wasn't I told sometimes the washer cords aren't fitting and to buy an extra as well .. ? Just would have made this a little easier.

The cashier told my 5 year old that he "had too many" of the pamphlets that advertised the Lowe's card. #1: I (parent) was right there #2: He had 3 #3: I was completing a financial transaction (I always pay attention because so much can go awry...getting something scanned twice, etc) and wanted to complete it before addressing my 5 year old #4: I was not "clueless" or ignoring his "bad behavior." He picks up the fliers and pamphlets everywhere...it has sort of become his "thing" lately #5: Since I am aware of his actions, I make him put the things back....but there really was no hurry when she said something. It wasn't like he absconded the items (again, credit card fliers) and was making his get away #6: In the grand scheme of things, and considering that we spent over $100 in this trip alone and have spent a few hundred over the last couple months(we moved)...who cares? #7: I understand keeping costs down, etc. I understand sometimes people slither away with promotional material...or worse, merchandise. But come on...give "mom" a chance to discipline when she's standing right there. Not everything has to be immediate. It could have waited 30 seconds for the transaction to end, and then I would have turned to my son and given him my full attention vs a half hearted "stop it" or the like, and it would have had more meaning. All that aside, at one point in the store, I was looking for my husband. An employee asked if he could help me find anything and I said (jokingly), "Yeah. My husband." The employee asked what he looked like and I described him. The employee then led me to him, as he had just been assisting him :) As a whole, Lowe's is great

I was given great service. Your associate, who was friendly and polite, was able to help me order my generator with quick ease and also gave me free home delivery service that the other big box store was unable or unwilling to do.

I understand they have policies in place for a reason. But being a contractor I will never go to Lowe's again. Their POS system is really what it sounds like a piece of s***.
