I've used urgent care here more than once and each case I've experienced very little wait and attentive staff. I've been seen by PA John Wolfert and he's a smart, thoughtful guy. Recently I went in with flu symptoms, and Mr. Wolfert sent me downstairs for a chest x-ray just in case, and I went back upstairs to discuss it with him. Luckily the lungs were clear and he prescribed a combination of medications for the flu which are helping. 

Some reviews complain about long wait time on the phone then give a one star rating. I've got to tell you, I've lived in three different states, and recently moved back to MA. In my experience the wait time on the phone has been much better at Harbor Medical than at some of my other doctor's offices. Each time I've called my primary care doctor I seem to get somebody on the phone within 3 - 5 minutes. I recommend Harbor Medical!

I have been a patient Cardiology and Coumadin clinic for two months they make you appointments write them down and when you show they say you don't have a appointment in the computer  and look at you like its your fault ? The office staff in the main office are slow and lazy and have the worst customer skills I have seen in years. They are rude never follow up when you ask a question and never get back to you . The Doctors are great but I would rather have my teeth pulled without Novocain then have go through that office desk again .  Good luck with bunch glad to Never see them again !!

My mother and I get our care here. Very happy with quality of the care, location, variety of services that are offered, and the responsiveness of the staff. ( I am an RN who works at a major Boston teaching hospital.)
