My mom was a patient at Care One for 8 months. They took wonderful care of her. Very compassionate, caring professionals. Clean, good activities for residents.

Absolutely horrible! My father was here for rehab after an operation and his care was horrible. As a type 1 diabetic he was given the wrong insulin and way too much of it. His blood sugar was 44 when he arrived at the hospital after I called an ambulance to take him from this facility. Also he had NOT seen a dr for his entire stay which was 4 days. His health took a dramatic decline in the care of this facility and sadly he passed away a week later. The nurses here were not compassionate and their record keeping was non existent. Horrible, horrible place!!! They should be ashamed.

My elderly Dad was sent here after some cardiac surgery. The place is immaculate and very clean. Very impressed. The staff were very cordial and very unobtrusive in regards to our visits. The only complaint I heard from my dad was the food! A+ - Thank you Care One

They abused and neglected my Dad we had to get him some place that was better on his final Days
