Absolutely love this facility. It's spacious, clean and up to par. Most importantly,  the staff knows what they are doing. They maintain a friendly, yet professional environment making it a well worth investment. My experience has been great, and the owner is wonderful. 5 stars - A dedicated athlete

Had an amazing workout amongst NFL players and MMA stars.  Great facility with seasoned trainers.  An excellent experience overall.   Highly recommended.

This training facility is very clean and organized, the trainers are top of the line. I had a great workout and definitely recommend their kickboxing program!

I had a very unique experience at Hard Knocks 365 where I got to train alongside professional athletes. This place is one of a kind, you won't find an experience like this at any other gym in the world!
