Lose the basketball court that takes up 50% of your venue and nobody uses. The weight lifting area is packed with people waiting to use a machine.

It's Tuesday afternoon and I can't find a squat rack. Meanwhile 2 people are the only ones using the basketball court. Just lose the courts or expand the gym

Gym equipment is pretty old.. treadmills need work.. feel like I'm going to slip off.

And the smoothie place.. are you serious? 

Half of the smoothie is ice.. what a rip off.. it's like a joke

Very communicable staff and a new great remodeled trainer area makes for a fun workout and sweaty down time!

The staff are nice but I have no idea who would think that carpets on the benches in the locker room is a good idea.

A relatively run-down, pretty disgusting gym with a strange, motley crew of people.  Oh the humanity.  And to make it even worse:  Try canceling your membership.  Just try.  I've been trying to cancel mine for 2 years.  And they're still billing me.  The epitome of scumbags.  As a point of comparison, there's a Crunch only two or three miles away and it's fantastic and a fraction of the price.
