Excellent! I tried Vasper to supplement my current workout routine. My performance has significantly improved since You leave feeling energized and rejuvenated with NO aches or pains! 100% recommend Rebirth Fitness.

I feel healthier, have lost inches, feel toned and my size 9 pants are too big. The ladies at Rebirth Fitness are great. Kristen challenges me and Julie shares her very interesting facts.

The workout here is great and simple, it's just 30 minutes with only 20 minutes of actual exercising. For me is has been especially helpful for my cardio, it has taken time off of my runs.

This studio has my favorite yoga classes and favorite teacher in FL! I have taken classes with Kristin, and I always left classes feeling energized yet calm. The sequences were challenging and mindfully created and integrated different aspects of yoga into the physical practice. All around great experience!!!

I love that the Vasper cool technology workout gave me a boost of energy in only 20 minutes! It also gave me an overall sense of well being throughout my week, gained core strength, weight loss, slept better and helped speed up recovery on my knee and wrist injury. The bonus is all the great people that you meet there that genuinely about you. :-)
