Second time I have visited this one. Love the place and food is good. Best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had! If there is any down fall it would be the lack of a breakfast option but I was there for lunch!!! Hahahahaha. I will definitely stop back in for some grub next time I'm there. Also they have a good variety of souvenirs so picked up a few while there at a very reasonable price.

Tried to make an online reservation, but it would only let us make one for the next day. Arrived later that afternoon & it was not half full yet.

Our server, Tess, was great! Kept her running with tea refills, always returned with a smile. Food was delicious & she almost convinced me to try the cauliflower burger (I know, sounds gross, maybe worth a try next time?).

Store was a little disappointing because the shirts we collect were no longer available (location-unique designs on back). But found another shirt that'd be a decent substitute. Worth returning to if we come this way again.

One recommendation - get the valet parking! Have the restaurant validate it & save several bucks over parking yourselves. Worth it!

Probably the best overall Hard Rock Cafe I've ever been to, and I've been to several around the country. The location, service, food, and music selection were all great. I'd return here in the future for sure.

While sight seeing Los Angeles, me and my girlfriend stumbled upon the Hard Rock Cafe. Our first time here, very nice place and friendly staff reminded me of my small village in Japan. Our waiter Ben, but as he likes to be called “mega ben” was very energetic and easy to talk to, he’s the type of friend you would want to have if you end up in jail, ben is there for you. Ben is the type of guy I would want my daughter Ming to marry. The food was really good one of the best places I been too. Harigatu.

Service and food was good. Server was most helpful directing us to must see stops along our trip up HWY#1 the next day
