The food here is about as good as you can expect from a midrange chain restaurant. Good portions, good taste. The value is great for a tourist trap like Niagara Falls. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the neighborhood. Didn't experience any problems with service and enjoyed the themed memorabilia. I especially recommend the appetizers platter.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As someone who works within the industry, I was calling from a hotel in regards to an international guest who had left an item behind. This guest did not speak English and was using a translator on her cell phone. I let the man who answered the phone around 1:25pm on 10/14 know that right away. When I asked if I could put the gentleman on a brief hold so I could ask the guest a question regarding the camera she was missing, I could hear the gentleman place the phone down and complain loudly that "I cannot believe the put me on f****** hold". I understand when a facility is busy. I myself work in a hotel and have worked in food service before. However, this was terrible customer service. The least you could have done was put me on hold Sir.

I think this is the smallest Hard Rock Cafe I've been to, but on the Saturday night I was there, it wasn't crowded and there was no wait for a table.  We sat at the bar and had a great time.  The nachos are huge and the drinks were nice.  There is a pretty good selection of merchandise in the Cafe shop.  The bartenders were great!

I would say this is a 4 star for their food as it was really tasty and well worth the price.  
However, I had to take a star away due to the crappy service. 
Server asked if I  wanted to get the souvenir glass with my drink and when I  declined it seemed like she was done. No further up selling was attempted.  No suggestions were made,  nothing. 
I really don't think she likes her job as it seemed like she just wanted us to hurry up and get out. She made no eye contact at any of the (3) times she stopped at the table.   Asked for a second beer and she couldn't even take the empty one away, we were sitting at a high top for 2, it sat on the table as we made our way out the door. 
If the upsell of souvenir glasses determines a bonus or is a requirement then management needs to rethink this as it seems to be a turn off for this employee.

I am visiting from Virginia and let me say this was and excellent EXCELLENT place. The staff was friendly they greeted us we were seated in less than 5 mins. Our server Gabby was so nice and sweet and she give me the best drink ever! 5 STARS
