This is a very busy, touristy but convenient spot in Niagara. Excellent for hot days since its nice and cool inside. The menu is typical american fare and the ambiance can be attractive for families. The service is good but due to the crowds it can be quite a wait. Food is reasonable and portions are large. The staff is very friendly.

Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Well decorated for a rock themed restaurant. You don't get rushed to leave after eating and the service speed is very fast. Probably the fastest I've seen in Niagara. One of the few things worth your money at Niagara Falls.

Hard Rock cafe is always a must when visiting a new city. In Niagara falls, it was as nice as expected. Server was friendly and service was fast. Decor is amazing which makes the experience even better. Drinks were good. All in all, we smiled during our whole dinner! Definitely recommend.

Burgers were too mind blowing !! So good! Server was super nice, friendly reminded us that we might have ordered too much for two people and adjusted our order for us. Turned out he was right. Price was pretty Niagara-standard.

Ordered a legendary burger without cheese it arrived smothered with cheese.  Told the server and got replacement literally one minute later. Not a legendary burger, about half the portion the onion rings were dry so I'm thinking someone else's order redirected to me, I'm hungry so let it go and eat. Amber was nice enough 😊 one of my pet peeves though is to bring my bill before I ask for it especially if you've just cleared my half finished plate. Overall my experience tonight sucked big time. Happy thanksgiving😊
