Food cold. Chicken strips over cooked. Angus burger dry hard cooked long before ordered. Not satisfied.

This place was dirty.  Tables not wiped, sticky floor and the soda station was a mess. We were almost the only customers in there (one other table of two) and not one staff member even wiped a table the whole time we were there.  This location used to have a lot more pride than they do today.  Food was still good though and staff was nice enough.

The customer service is hit or miss. No real consistency in the product. The restaurant looks like it's coated in grease.  I was sold a burnt sausage egg biscuit (Most people don't care about appearances or quality) and when i returned it...they replaced it with another burnt sausage biscuit! Fortunately, the young woman at the window acquiesced and returned tome the sausage and egg biscuit that I had ordered. The only aspect of this place that is salvageable is the chicken tenders. But, you dont want to eat those more than once a month. Hardees in the City of Winston are generally deplorable.

It is a nice place to eat, but it doesn't have the Super Nacho (chicken or beef) for $2.49. It would be an excellent Hardee's Red Burrito restaurant.

I wish i couldnt have even gave them a star.the toilets were leaking.the bathroom was gross.nothing worked in there and it was emoty so we didnt even bither to eat
