I can proudly say that my experience that my girlfriend and I had at this McDonald's restaurant was excellent. The store was very clean the staff was very polite and the food as well as the coffee was hot and delicious. I ordered a sausage biscuit and a small coffee, my friend had the hot cakes with eggs and sausage and a cold coffee. The manager on the shift was helping her staff with service and everyone was so professional. So I am saying this to anyone and everyone that reads this, this McDonald's has an ALL STAR TEAM !!!!! Thank you all for such a wonderful service and we will definitely come back. We ❤ It.

Stopped to get breakfast on 10/18 and either the manager or shift leader was completely rude to one of the employees as I was getting my food. There was a sausage busicut that was sitting at the window that was not mine. The girl at the window went to the back to get my phone and was yelled at fo no reason, she was just getting my order. The manager or shift leader told her with an attitude told her “ I done told you to stay at the window” she then told her to clock out and clock back in at 715. The girl than left the window . She was just trying to do her job to keep the line moving and getting my order correct. I didn’t get either name but it was really unprofessional especially handling that in front of a customer. The girl did nothing wrong, she was just doing her job.

Excellent service but high turnover for staffing. That is true of most retail restaurants especially fast food. They are fast though and friendly. We like this McDonald's. Usually clean and well-staffed. Sometimes there are long lines at the drive thru but you just have to be patient and remember you could be working that position too.

Went to drive thru very late (3:30am) bc my son and I were traveling due to an emergency. I was told by Amanda, the manager that they were only serving breakfast and not accepting credit cards. Upon pulling up and asking why I was now told that they DO have lunch items but the "system is down" and can't take cards. Amanda was not very kind, especially considering she's the manager, and I was sadly disappointed for myself as well as my son. This location is usually pretty good but this experience was definitely upsetting. She did apologize in the end, but oddly enough we didn't even get the correct order. I didn't bother going back to get it corrected.

The service here is ify. There always seems to be the same girl in the cash window who just seems to hate life. Went through the drive the other night and received a cold hard sandwich. A lot of cars were lined up behind me so I understand I had a big order and they were busy but they could have asked me to come back in a few minutes so that I could have fresh food
