This dealer is by far one of the best. Sales, service, and the collision center provide great service. We just had our 2016 CRV repaired after a minor accident. It took just nine working day to complete the repairs. The vehicle looks brand new. This is our second CRV. Both have been great vehicles. If you need a new or used Honda this is the dealer to visit. No need to drive to any other dealer.

My wife and I purchased a new CR-V and could not have been more pleased with the experience.  Our salesman Matt was knowledgable and courteous.  We were provided a quick and fair price for the CR-V and our trade-in.  At no point did we feel pressured to buy.  The sales manager Tyler and the finance manager John were both very professional and treated us with respect.  I recommend this dealer to anyone in the greater Louisville area who is shopping for a Honda.

I've had my two Honda's serviced only at Hardin County Honda for the past 14 years.  They have always done excellent work with good prices.  They are even competitive on oil changes.  They remember little things like - I want a sticker in my window that tells me the mileage when my next service is due, and they remember I want a service every 5,000 miles.  Because of my age and handicap, they often meet me at the door, open the door for me, and tell me which desk to go to.  They also try to park my car close, or get my car and bring it to me when they are finished.  They are kind and courteous and help me understand what they think needs work and why.  I couldn't ask for better and will never take my car anywhere else.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2017 CRV from Tracey Poddam at Hardin County Honda. Tracey was very helpful in helping us decide on our vehicle. Spent time trying to find the right color for us. Also very helpful showing us how all the gadgets worked on the car. Our experience was great and this is the second vehicle we have bought from them. We recommend Hardin County Honda to anyone.

A great experience from start to finish.  Mike Basham was great!  He was professional, honest and straightforward.  I was extremely impressed with the car and the price.  I will definitely give Hardin County Honda my repeat business.
