Love this store. Always has what I need. Sometimes I go there even if I don’t need anything. Not pricey like most small hardware stores tend to be.
Great for a small town so you do not have to run into Rochester. Friendly staff and knowledgeable! We have needed to go multiple times and have found what we needed.
Had a super unpleasant experience with a staff member named Dan for the 2nd time. They had left their cart with a few items 2 sodas and twizzlers and a fireproof box in the aisle. I had been in that aisle for about 10 minutes and had gather a couple of items already and decided to use it. Dan came down the aisle with other customer he was helping him and decided to stop helping him to talk with me He asked if I taken his cart. I said yes, and explained that it was sitting there, I thought it was abandoned and I decided to use it. He was very rude and told me to go and get my own cart and give back his cart. I proceeded to put it items back in his cart and give it back to him. Had no idea that it was his cart. I apologized and got my own cart. Overpriced items expected, it saves a trip to Rochester. I don't plan on coming back.
the staff are always so helpful when I have a question or can't find something. Plus always have beautiful displays.... Great staff...Great service. .they always have what I need. Thank you everyone..u are a great team!!
Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Great selection of home improvement and hardware materials, plus gifts. On top of all that you get to support a local small business. Love this place.
Great local store that always seems to have exactly what I need. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I also like the variety of rental equipment that I don't use enough to buy my own.
This place has helpful staff that are always pleasant. It is convenient when you need something quick and don't want to leave town. The only problem I have had is that occasionally the selection of certain items has been limited. I have stopped and then had to go elsewhere for the right part. Otherwise, most common things are there, n staff are knowledgeable.
Love it! Never a bad experience. Helpful, friendly, courteous staff! As a female I never really had a use for a hardware store until moving to Kasson. I'm there frequently. Their not just a hardware store! I have found some nice gifting items, pet treats, that I buy regularly, lawn furniture, the list is endless. I love our Hardware Hank! Their like family!

I consistently leave the store with the thought: "What a nice store". They are pleasant, helpful and ..well just nice. I live in Byron and make it a point to go to HH in Kasson rather than the big box stores in Rochester.
