The kids workshop is fantastic and free! Lots of hammering and painting--all while the kids wear an "official" Home Depot Apron. Earning a pin with a picture of the product is icing on the cake. Thanks for offering this to our kids in the community.

My favorite Home Improvement store. Can almost always find what I'm looking for and customer service is always good. And the staff for the most part is knowledgeable.

Always a good experience at Home Depot. People are friendly and prices are good. Plus the 10 percent veteran discount is awesome.

The Home Depot website indicated that the Fargo store had 2 Toro snowblowers in stock AT THE STORE in Fargo, so I drove there to purchase one. It took me 5 minutes to find an employee, and there was two of them talking with each other. I made eye contact and they looked away and started looking too busy to help me with my question, so I found another employee to tell me where the snowblower was. She had no clue and walked around looking just the same as I was doing for the past 10 minutes. She said I could as at the service desk. I walked up to the service desk and asked where I could find the two Toro snowblowers that the Home Depot Fargo website said was IN STOCK. She looked it up on the Home Depot website (with my help) and she saw they were supposed to have 2 in stock. She said "but it doesn't say where they are" and looked at me like I am supposed to go walk around and find them myself (which I did try). Then another customer representative actually finally took the initiative to walk with me to try to find an employee who could actually help look for this Toro snowblower. He was sarcarstic and said "well it is not my department but I suppose I can go out and look for it in the garden shop (in an area that customers do not have access to." I never saw him again. Finally the customer service representative (the ONLY helpful employee in the store so far) came back and told me they she was told that the website it incorrect and that they determined that the numbers in the system for ALL snowblowers are incorrect for some reason. It took 25 minutes to determine that Home Depot in fact did not have snowblowers in stock. The website indicated incorrect information which cost me 12 minutes of drive time, 12 miles, and 25 minutes looking for something they didn't have!! This is not the first time that the Fargo Home Depot failed to have employees that knew anything at all about their store....but it is the LAST. I will not be back. I drove to to Northern Tool and Equipment and purchased a $800 snowblower and received superior customer assistance, and he helped me load it into my truck. The transaction took 10 minutes to complete there. By the way, the Home Depot store was a PIG STY. The main aisles were overflowing with boxed items laying all over in disarray.

Horrible customer service. Can never find anyone to help me. I was in there one time looking for some items for a project I wanted to do, well when I found an associate who works there, he just pointed and said, "It's over there" I walked around for awhile and finally left my full basket on the floor. When I was leaving, a cashier told me to have a great day. First nice person I came in contact with. Seems like I can never find an associate. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
