Store is ok prices are ok but if you have a question about one of there products don't ask the manager he will attempt to belittle you for asking. Case in point I went in to get a replacement belt for my $1000 band saw I purchased there I asked the person at the till were the belts are because I could not find anyone else. She polity radio for help when the manager arrived he said very rudely "we will need a part # or at least know what saw you have" I replied I have this saw and herr is the part# then he started rudely we don't carry replacement belt you have to order it. Wow could you just say you don't have belts at all before assuming I blindly drive around town looking for a random belt. 
    I petty the staff that work under this guy. Business would be better if he just stayed in his office and was no longer allowed on the showroom floor.

Pretty much just like their catalog, come to life. Like Harbor Freight, but better quality.

Staff has always been helpful to me when I didn't already know where something was. Great selection of tools and they carry some specialty items that you can't find anywhere else in town
