I had a less than stellar experience recent but the GM of this location was very quick to call me back and ask me for extra details about my experience in order to find out what went wrong where so she can address it and keep it from happening again. She was very fantastic. I'm definitely going to give them another chance.

Harkins is really the best theatre chain around, they have clean theatres and good prices at the concession stand. Also the staff are friendly and professional. Just can't beat them.

Clean but expensive. Employees are all slow no matter what. Loyalty cup not worth it. There is a bar that opens at 12:00pm.

I have been to this cinema since it has opened. I've seen everything from The Avengers to Guardian of the Galaxy 2 here, and I have never had a poor experience. Recently,  I had a particularly good experience with an employee named Tanner- he was quick, friendly, and managed to throw a few puns into normal counter conversation. You need many more employees like this young man; making a customer feel engaged and not like a burden is a great way to earn customer loyalty.

Speaking of which, for those individuals complaining about the cost of concessions, there are loyalty options that slice the cost of refreshments significantly. If you go to the cinema more than twice in a year I'd highly recommend investing in a drink cup and popcorn shirt. (PS: AMC doesn't do that)

It's a good theater but management should step up and train their concession staff better.  Sometimes they are rude and have no idea what they are doing.  I asked one of them to put the butter all they way through the bag of pop corn not just on the top.  He had no idea what I was talking about.  
One of them, an overweight girl two weeks ago treated me so rudely I had to complain about her.  The person I complained to just stared at me blankly.  Nobody apologized.  Just nothing. 

I was paying for my popcorn and realized I had just lost my debit card, which I had just used to pay for my ticket.  I told the girl I needed to walk over to the ticket counter and see if I left my debit card there.  She told me firmly that I was not going to take my bad of popcorn until I paid for it.  I explained the situation and she said she didn't care.  I guess she had to guard this bag of popcorn from a possible popcorn thief.  I told her her customer services skills were bad and she just stared at me with a blank stare. 

Terrible customer service experience.
